DURABILITY
The Libra head is well sealed and can withstand the harshest of environmental conditions - hot, cold, humid or dry. It is highly resistant to moisture, dust and temperature extremes.
With 'pre-marine prepping' the Libra head can be used in most salt water situations uncovered. Splash housings can still be used to protect cameras in these applications - the head, however, generally needs no external bagging that could hamper stabilising or full operation on all axes.
The Libra's generous roll axis travel - 80° - allows it to level an image's unsteady horizon even when encountering significant swell in the water.
